Mania: Beyond EntertainmentOne of my favorite go to anime sites for years. The site has reviews for almost any anime or manga title you can think of written by anime fans. Some reviews are better than others, however if your trying to decide a title to show to an anime club this is a great start. The site also covers news for all things nerd: tv shows, movies, and video games.

This site focuses only on anime and manga. Get news about what's happening in anime in Japan and the USA, learn weekly about the top ranking anime/manga titles; and watch videos.
